양철판이란?

Tinplate refers to a steel plate with a thin layer of metallic tinplated on the surface. Tinplate is a low carbon steel rolled into a steel plate with a thickness of about 2mm, after pickling, cold rolling, electrolytic cleaning and annealing, leveling, trimming, and then cleaning, electroplating, reflow, passivation, and oiling, and then cut into finished products of tinplated sheet. The tin used for tinplated sheet is high-purity tin (Sn>99.8%).

주석 층은 용융 도금으로 코팅할 수도 있습니다. 이 방법으로 얻은 주석판의 주석층은 더 두껍고 주석 사용량이 많아 주석 도금 후 정제 처리가 필요하지 않다.
